Brian Kosek, an Industrial and Organizational Psychology practitioner, founded Kosek Advisory Group after more than fifteen years leading workforce-transformation, change-management, and skills-architecture programs at enterprise scale, including AI and skills-transformation work at a Fortune 200 organization. He holds a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Olivet Nazarene University, along with the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and PROSCI Change Management (AI Focus) certifications. That combination shows up directly in how the firm builds hiring systems, structures decisions, and documents the evidence behind them.
Kosek Advisory Group is co-owned by Jessie Kosek, Brian's partner in building the firm.
