Kosek Advisory Group

Proof, honestly

Kosek Advisory Group is early by design. Rather than borrow credibility we haven't earned yet, we show the method itself and let it speak.

Most firms at this stage would pad a page like this with stock logos and testimonials that mean little. We'd rather tell you the truth. Kosek Advisory Group takes a small number of engagements at a time, and the first ones are how this page fills with real work.

Until then, the honest proof is the method. Every recommendation we make is written down with its evidence before it becomes a recommendation, and a credentialed practitioner puts a name to it. That standard doesn't depend on a client roster; it's visible in how the work is built.

Artificial intelligence (AI) runs through the whole engagement, not only the two links the inner bracket marks. Where the line between the tooling and the practitioner falls, in both directions, is set out on the approach page.

How the work is done

Three constructed scenarios, each built to show the structure of a real engagement. These are illustrations of the method, not client work.

Illustrative example

Selection science

A specialty trade contractor keeps losing its field leads within a year of hiring them.

We rebuild the role from the criteria that actually predict performance, run a structured process, and trace every step to job-relatedness. The output is a hiring decision the owner can explain, on the record, to a lender or to counsel.

Strategic audit

An owner senses the business has outgrown how it is run but cannot yet name where the friction lives.

Three weeks, time-boxed: interviews with the people who do the work, a direct review of documents and systems, and a written current-state audit with an options memo. The owner leaves with a prioritized 90-day plan and a baseline that makes later progress measurable.

Illustrative example

Operations rebuild

A family-owned business runs three entities, and work keeps falling into the gaps between them.

We map how work and decisions move today, redesign the handoffs that do not hold up, and manage the change so it sticks. The engagement ends with a documented operating model the team can run without the owner in the room.

Each scenario above is constructed for illustration. None describes a real client, and no result is implied or guaranteed.

What will live here

As engagements close, this page becomes the record of them: current-state audits, selection systems, and operations rebuilds, published with the client's written permission and never before it. We are also building a working demonstration of a full engagement, so you can see the method end to end before any real case study exists.

The accountability behind all of it stays constant. A credentialed practitioner sets the judgment and signs the work. Read about the person behind the firm.
